F.lli Gilardi SRL: Stamping and Tooling
Since 1970, F.lli Gilardi SRL is specialized in cold forming of sheet metal parts, design and manufacturing of tools. The company operates in both the national and international market. It offers innovative solutions according to customer drawings in the Automotive, Building and Scaffolding, Electricity and Appliance markets, thanks to the know-how gained through several years of experience.
The Tooling Department has modern machinery and highly-skilled technicians. It is able to produce in-house progressive and transfer dies, in short times and with precision, regardless of their complexity.
The Stamping Department is equipped with servo and mechanical presses from 20 to 630 tons. It is possible to produce with both progressive and transfer dies.
It can process high-strenght steel, stainless steel, magnetic sheets, copper and alluminium, thickness from 0,7mm to 9 mm.
Our challenge is to satisfy every client’s specific request with flexibility and transparency. We can produce a wide-range of products; some examples are engine supports, wipers, closure systems, hinges, electrical contacts and other automotive components.
The Production Department also includes Welding technology. We have the knowledge and the machinery to perform MIG/MAG and Spot welding. To ensure high accuracy of the process, the welding fixtures are designed and built in-house.
Gilardi is certified IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015; the quality of the entire production process is a company priority. The company is also certificated ISO 14001:2015. Environmental awareness is integrated in the company culture, which aims to reduce the overall carbon footprint of its activities.
The offer is completed with a series of complementary services, including automated assembly systems such as riveting and automatic packaging lines. A special focus is given to Logistics, to ensure that all the products are delivered Just-in-time.
